Default oil feed line problem

After installing my greddy kit, i had a leak in my oil feed line and i finally got the time to fix it, but as usual i run into problems. Here's a picture:

Problem: the oil line won't fit into the banjo fitting, the oil line is smaller than the banjo fitting

Possible Solution #1: tighten the f*ck out of it and hope it seals...

Possible Solution #2: buy some sort of "adapter/fitting/connector" that will connect both pieces together...

So where do you think i can find an adapter/fitting/connector? The line is from fast-turbo.com

Hi,

Here's how you install the oil feed line to the turbo.

Identify the fitting that matches your turbo, as the pic shown below, your fitting should be the second one from the left.

Screw the fitting on there and then connect the female end of the line to the other end of the fitting.

hope this helps.

the bango bolt you have is non-tapered and even if you crank the crap outta the fitting and get it on there, i garuntee it WILL leak.
just get the right adapter for the turbo.

no, you dont use the banjo fitting at all...you put one of the above turbo fittings ON the turbo itself (removing the banjo fitting)

correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't the banjo fitting on the greddy kit act as an oil resitrictor?
cuz if thats true i wouldn't want to remove it

it might ACT as one, but it isn't there because of that. Easy way to make a 90 degree fitting, so greddy plopped it on there. And the inside of the fittings are small enough to restrict, they work fine. They aren't on numerous 400-600whp civics for nothing

yeah theres really no reason the oil feed should be restricted at all.

the banjo fitting does not restrict the oil flow, it if did it would be called a restrictor. And some people use restrictors on the oil feed because their turbo is smoking, usually to big of an oil feed line. if its a -03an line you shouldn't have any probs.
