Oil Feed line Connection Problem?

Okay, so before I started my car. I primed the lines with oil. So after I finished priming my lines, the car started right up.. The turbo was running fine, everything was working correctly. Until i noticed small leaks of oil coming out of the oil feed line. Its the part that connects to the nipple on the feed line flange. I posted a picture and circled it in red to show you where it was leaking oil from. The line was screwed on tightly on the nipple and no oil was leaking on the nipple only on the line that I circled red at. I want to know, should there be alot of play on that spinning part thats on the line? Because I noticed that there was a gap on the spinning part on the line. Im not sure if that should be sealed or if its okay to be slightly spaced away from the line? But it has a lot of spinning play on the feed line.. Please help me soon, thank you!

See thats what i did, i tighten everything down to see if that will close the gap between the spinning part and the feed line, and the oil just kept dripping away through the open crack of the spinning part?
