for hondata tuning SS is the place to go.
There is also Titan Motorsports in Orlando but they usually do not do Hondata.
Racing Works in Winter Springs (no dyno)
Racing Zone but I wouldn't trust them to even install springs
South Florida Performance in Miami (I think)
There are also a few here today gone tomorrow shops in Orlando that won't even be mentioned.

For tuning, Frank @ SFP is awesome and produces outstanding numbers.... he's also one EXPENSIVE sob! That's the main reason I decided to get into tuning myself, that and because I like it
John at SS, you said you know him already
and
Racing Integration , Colin
1717 East Busch Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612

There are just 2 of the ones I would deal with.

How about Cartech?? in Davie off of I-595.
They have a Dyno there I am not sure you can use that.
His prices are not that bad, I forgot the guys name. I believe it's Steve.
SFP is very expensive, but they pretty much do everthing. I go there cause they have a Tig welder and sometimes good prices on turbo stuff.
You just have to make an appointment cause they are extremely busy.

I can't recommend anyone other than John at Secret Services. I have known John at Secret Services for a little over a year now and the other guys at Secret Services for a little under a year. They have been very good to me. John helped me with my last setup as well as gave me advice about allot of stuff. He is also a good guy away from car related stuff. The other guys there are very smart when it comes to tuning and forced induction too. I will be going to John for my next project too.

Couldn't agree with him more. I highly suggest John over at SS, he knows his **** and can tune the hell out of Hondata, as well as other things

500whp out of an SR is topped by what SS put down over there with their project SR, so if you like that one you should take a look at this setup, can we say stock bottom end

Jared @ JDM Motorsports in Medley, shop, good prices, not easy to get a hold of, great guy... has a load of DOHC motors from JDM land right now in stock.
Mike @ MCA Motorsports, Shop, South Miami/Tamiami Airport, 1 of the few NSX Techs in Florida, excellent, detailed work, very expensive, knows his stuff hands down, specializes in NSX's and type R's, particularly all motor. (built my engine)
Lujan Motorsports, shop/tuner, has a dyno, no experience w/ them myself.

I couldnt agree more, plus unless your part of their "click" or know them personally, they will look at you like some kinda bum. Now if you go in and drop $2000 in parts like i did, they will kiss your feet eveyday there after.

word on the RacingZone hatin'!!!!!!
I just use them for small parts I need. I agree about the liittle "click" thing.
they are just mostly for the ricers that want a $500 dollar exaust and don't know **** about their car. I was there the other day and watched them scam some 17 old kid who bought a carbon fiber hood from them for $500+ and it didn't fit his car. (you all know how well carbon fiber hoods fit sometimes) They would not take it back because it had been installed on his car once. Then they were like, well, we can get you a vis hood for like another $500 dollars....scammers!!!!!
They are not really a perfomance shop anyway, just parts.
Personally, I wouln't give them $2000 of my money for anything.

Well that was the first and only time i would ever buy anything from them, i buy all my **** online now. Better discounts and you dont have to put up with any bullshit. The only thing i had them insall was my header, and they scratched the hell out of it installing it and then had the nerve to say it was like that when i brought it in.....
But if i ever do need anything from a shop or tunning, it will be at Titan Motorsports...true race people. They got a MONSTER supra they race. Ive seen it on TV plenty of times. FOr tunning, go to SS

Another rice company huh.........there ought to be a law.
Hey I know it's a little off topic but since we got the tuners knocked out how about a machine shop in Miami??
I need to find a place to hone my block, deck it and balance the crank.
I need someone that knows what the hell they are doing.

I would like to know the same thing but in orlando....i need to find a good, honest and professional machine shop around here. It seems every every mechanic i go to around here uses only one tool, the hammer. They seem to do everything with that damn thing. Pounding on bolts and joints like they are killing roaches.
