Oil feed line problems
First of all, threading the feed line onto the connector on a t3/t04e (revhard mani) while the assembly is on the car is nearly impossible, takes about an hour to take it on or off. Here's the problem, when I connect the stainless steel line to the thread on the turbo and start the car, it leaks oil at the spot where the stainless line is crimped into a connector. This is the second line I've used, with the same results. Is it possible that it's just not tight enough on the turbo? Or is it possible that the oil return is kinked, sending pressure back up through the oil feed and thus leaking out of the fitting?
Any advice would be very appreciated.. I'm getting sick of this ****.
