just turbo b16
i just bolted on my turbo on my stock b16.
how much psi will i be able to be on the safe side?
my water temp tends to overheat big time.
Could it be due to my intercooler blocking the radiator?

Re: just turbo b16 (hoskos)
i can tell you to search....
what kind of management?
what kind of turbo?
you can blow up your engine with 2 psi and you can run 10+psi safe depending on setup/tune

Re: just turbo b16 (boosted-EG6)
PSI means nothing. General rule of thumb is around 300whp give or take depending on tuning for most b-series motors. I'd run 300whp daily on a stock B16 without worrying. The over heating is a problem though, so you should check that out and no it's not from the intercooler blocking the radiator.

your not overheating because your intercooler is blocking the radiator. you have other problems.
what engine management are you using.
platinum.

Headgasket.....
if you fill the radiator up and drive the car around without boost(like anyone can actually do that anymore) does it take much longer for the car to overheat?
