I have a totally stock B16 that will be turboed here pretty soon with an HX35. I went with the turbo for one reason mainly and thats money. I got a super good deal on this turbo and it will allow me to upgrade a lot in the future. What kind of spool times should I expect? I currently will be using a Tial 35mm with a 6psi spring but I was thinking of going with a smaller spring for daily driving and an MBC for the track. Is 6psi ok for the street with this turbo?

i use the hx35 on b18b engine spools around 3900 rpm this is using 2.5inch intercooler piping throug 31*8*3 intercoolr the turbo is great turbo but it like to be run at higher boost levels like 12-20psi

i recently picked up a holset HX35 and was wondering what turbo i could compare it to, in terms of flow? The holset flows .46kg/s @3.0:1 pressure ratio according to their site. Sorry to get off topic...

Anbody else know much about this turbo on a stock b16. Like how much power I should be looking for at 6psi? What will spool time be on a stock b16? and is 6psi too little for this thing? I do plan to build the motor and run more boost but not for a while.
