probably 12-13 psi its pretty much similar to a ls in many ways. That is probably where we are coming up with the specs to max boost. The main concern is the rod stroke ratio + the fuel

i've heard its very unhealthy boosting a stock B20 because of the connecting rods being just as thin as those found in a stock D16Y8

You should upgrade the rods and valves anyhow if your going for a b20 over a b18b. If you're spending more moeny on a b20 and even more money to change teh intake manifold so the engine fits why short change yourself at the end? If you're serious about making power then do it right the first time or pay the price.

The Sleeves will support 14 Intercooled PSI on a regular basis, and 20 Intercooled PSI for very short times...
This is with Rods\Pistons\Arp hardware on Stock Cylinder Walls. Remember, that B20 Sleeves are Siamesed and stronger than an LS or GSR.
The PSI Numbers come from Larry @ http://www.theoldone.com.
I know some of you are ENDYN Haters, but he has alot of Experience with B20s.
