Finally finished my vr6 turbo - video inside
I know its not a honda but turbo none the less. The car is finally done now. Im running 7.8 psi low boost. And 12.7 psi high boost. Turbo is a t 60-1 non -hi-fi with ceramic ball bearing and a .96 AR. For you wondering how the spool up is, I start making boost around 3000rpm and im at full boost at 8lbs at 3500rpm. At 13lbs, im at full boost at 4100 rpm. Not bad for a .96 AR. Here is a video from a pull tonight. Thanks Shawn for the video. Its fun feeling the tires let loose in 3rd. Thanks. And if you can't see it in the videos that clearly, it is a 92 montana green gti.

Re: Finally finished my vr6 turbo - video inside (blackeg)
hell yeah on the zip tie thing. if you own a mk2 and dont have a zip tie holding the grill, or something on, there's something wrong. About H20, if I dont figure out my part throttle issues. Im running DTA P8Pro and im having issues of running real rich during part throttle. I messed with it for a while today, but still running rich and sometimes when in part throttle going into boost, the car starts breaking up. So I need to figure whats up

my mk2 grill is held on by 1 screw and the factory clips lol.
no zip ties yet though.
except my side skirts are held on by zip ties because some guy hit and ran my car and broke all the mounting hardware.
lol so there ya go
btw mine is a mk2 1.8 (2.0 now) 20v swap / autronic standalone SC61.
not running yet hopefully this winter.
