Default Questions about the Garrett GT40R...

It's a rather simple question... Is anyone here currently running a GT40R dual BB, and any good pics and videos of it?

UPDATE March 7, 2006

So I got myself the GT4088R and it is by far the best turbo within that power range. Coming from a ball bearing T66 P-trim w/ 0.69 a/r hotside, this turbo made boost sooner, made boost faster and had way more top-end. The GT4088R also had a much larger turbine (0.95a/r vs 0.69a/r) and still it made more power everywhere. Pretty much what Fullrace Geoff have mentioned about the GT4088R

Here are a few short video clips during my pre-tuned test drive. It's not Honda-related, but turbo related

i dont have any vids but here are pictures of my GT4088R that i will be using in my 2000 Civic Hatchback. My 2000 hatchback is currently at Midnight Performance here in Northern Cali getting a built k20a2 installed. Should be down in a few weeks. I will update with more pictures once the engine and turbo parts are mounted.

Justin, excellent find on Geoff's post regarding the GT4088R. That's exactly what I want to hear because I am jumping from a T66 to a GT4088R. My main concern was how the power gets introduced into the powerband and whether it was *that* more responsive than the older 66 or 67mm turbos.

Heres the compressor map for those that care:

Yes that is why they are looking for the Diet Coke to come in since it is the stunt double for Diet Pepsi that way Diet Pepsi doesn't get crushed and all
