compressor tap
I got a new turbo for my car. Its got a T04E garrett compressor housing but the compressor is lacking a nipple fitting like my T04B had.
What should I do? Do I have to tap the compressor for my boost controller/wastegate? or is it easier to just tap the intake pipe going to the throttle body?

Re: compressor tap (intekragsr)
so then what do you do when you hook up your boost controller. The side port of the wastegate is supposed to go to the compressor isn't it, or do you just T off a tap on the intake pipe and run one to the wastegate sideport and the other to the boost controller solenoid?

Re: compressor tap (GruvyTune)
why not just do what i did. TAP THE INTERCOOLER PIPING like the instructions will say to do on the apexi and greddy instructions. Yes, you have to buy a brass t and hook both ports up to the intercolller pi[ing
