Default compressor housing vacumm

the vacumm tap on the compressor housing was originally hooked up to the side of the wastegate, but when you install a manual boost controller you hook the MBC up to the side of the wastegate. My question is what do you do with the vacumm source on the turbo?

doesnt the mbc go between the wastegate and compressor housing?

From housing to boost controller, then from boost controller to wastegate?

Boost controllers have 2 vacuum ports.

I thought the that the bottom port of the MBC goes to the wastegate, and the side port goes to vacumm source on the intake manifold

NO, you need that source to come BEFORE the TB. Hook the BC up inline of what you have. ie: compressor housing>BC>WG.

correct, you just delay or bleed signal coming from the compressor housing to the bottom port of the wastegate so it opens later

Yeah, if thats how your BC instruction say it should be hooked up. (side port to vacuum source and bottom port to WG)
