Default Buying a b18c turbo ready

So I did more research and the car I'm buying has everything needed but a turbo. My homie has a turbonetics kit just needs a turbo. The block isn't sleeved but has eagle low compression rods 9 to 1 ratio. It has a fuel pump fuel rail fuel pressure regulator and 1000cc injectors. The head is stock but I'm planning on putting in retainers Springs and possibly cams. I'm wondering if a t3t4oe 57 trim will make around 400hp as a daily driver. I'm also wondering how much boost will be safe. I'm going with a mild tune.

that size turbo is fine, and will reach your goals. ~15 psi will get you there.

save your money from buying springs retainers and cams (not needed for a 400hp goal) and be sure to have a quality turbo (no ebay ****) and manifold (no ebay **** either)

only get cams/springs/retainers if you want 500+ (just my opinion) but if you have the cash to spend, do it, but ive seen gsr/itr cams hit 800whp +
