Default boosted b16 bogging down

I've got a 94 civic with a boosted b16. I was having an idle surge issue and I've bleed the coolant system and it didn't really help. So I adjusted the idle screw and that fixed that but a couple days after that it started to bog down when the motor was cold and then stops when the motor heats up now my air fuel gauge goes from lean to rich randomly when it bogs it says its rich. I get a check engine light every now and then but I can't find the plug to jump so I can find out what the codes are.

What ECU are you using? Is it Tuned(not base mapped)?

Look in the FAQs to figure out how to pull the CEL code.

I just bought the car so I'm not sure what ecu it has. From what I was told it's been tuned.

Which is it?
Do you have a wideband A/F gauge or a cheap narrowband?
When does it bog down? Tip-in, constant throttle, under boost, etc...?

Normal cruising no boost it goes lean. When it does that I can give it gas and it will richen up. I have a wideband.
