Motor swap from civic Si- b16a2 block-b16a head-gsr trans
Motor/drivetrain
Arp headstuds
OEM headgasket
Nippon racing pistons
Eagle rods with arp rod bolts
Peakboost equal length turbo manifold
Garrett t3/t04e turbo (60mm)
Tial 38 mm wastegate
Tial bov
Peakboost 3" SS downpipe
SS dumptube (routed under oil pan)
Kteller full 3" SS exhaust
Gsr cams
Skunk 2 adjustable cam gears
Skunk 2 pro series intake manifold
Rc 750cc injectors
Aem fuel pressure regulator
Wally 255 pump
Goautoworks catch can set up
Msd ignition+ external coil
PWR fmic
PWR aluminum radiator
Stage 4 sprung 6 puck clutch
B+M fuel pressure regulator
HRtuning tunerview II
Aem digital wideband
I honestly don't know what to expect as of horsepower. I obviously know it depends on psi and all that but, I guess what I'm asking is what is the setup capable of making? Car will be going to to IMW in Carlisle, pa for tuning.

60mm, or I'm assuming the 60 trim t3/t04e, and Are you talking ARP rod bolts in stock rods or what? That setup can potentially make 450+ with a good tuner, but unless you have at least H beams, and I'd suggest better pistons, you're limited at 350-400. I made 460 on a similar setup, but I had bigger cams, a shitty log manifold, and and a smaller 57 trim t3/to4e. Also, at 450+ your sleeves will eventually crack on pump gas.

Yes 60 trim sorry idk why I put mm. And yes arp bolts in stock rods. I honestly dont wanna make anymore than 400. I know at 400 with a set of slicks it will be a very low 11 sec. Car with traps in the mid to high 120s. But is my setup ok for 380-400 on 93 octane. I honestly just want a reliable street car that's fast enough to handle its own when its called upon.

Forged pistons and H beam rods. There are many brands to choose from, and various compression ratios. Lower compression will not make power as efficiently, and higher compression will be more difficult to tune.

I'm a fan of Eagle/Wiseco. Different people have different preferences. While you're in there, you should replace your bearings and seals. You should also do yourself a HUGE favor and get the oil pan stud kit from MyHondaHabit. Seriously, that **** is amazing, and will save you mucho headache in the future.

Re: 95 hatch build complete what should my hp expectations be??
Sounds like you'll be happy with a rather simple setup. You could keep stock internals, or do a stock rebuild with ARP head studs and rod bolts and keep it at 300-350 whp all day and be happy. I properly dialed in 300-350 whp motor in an EG hatch will be decently reliable on that setup and last. However, I'd suggest putting in pistons and rods, probably Eagles since they're cheap and can be found used for about $200-$225 with big ARP rod bolts. Stock rods have to be reconditioned to put ARP's in them anyways, you'll have as much in that as just buying used Eagles. Wiseco makes a great piston at a reasonable price, and anything like CP, JE, etc is good too, but you'll pay more. Then you honestly shouldn't have to worry about anything. I wouldn't go any lower than 9:1 compression, 9.5: is a good medium, but I personally like 10:1-10.5:1. As for the turbo, it'll work, but really more efficient for a 400+ range. I'd ditch the turbo to save some money and get something like a Garrett 50 trim, 57 trim (still almost too big for you), HX35, or another Holset. Again, your car can make 380-400, but even with a great tune, pistons and rods are a time bomb, especially depending on rpm's.

Thanks for your input fellas. How do I post pics? I'll share some pics of my car and motor. I'm really happy about it and haven't had a chance to share with anyone lol.

nice hatch OP. would recommend rods and slugs. im looking to use cp pistons with eagle rods for my build. shoot for like higher 10s lower 11 with compression. should be a very quick car!
