Default boost gauge fluttering, why?

i recently turned boost up to 15 psi and the boost gauge flutters between 13-16 wont stay still?

i have a 7.5 lbs spring is it running out? or do i have a boost leak? has anyone ever had this problem?

thanks

sounds like your boosting too much on that spring.. your gonna need a stiffer spring

just get a 12 psi spring or something like that and that flutter should go away

The fluttering is boost going back into the compressor....it happens when you have the bov adjusted to tight

My bad i thought you meant it fluttered when you let off the gas...definitely sounds like you need a stronger spring or adjust the spring tighter. you are boosting above the limit of the bov

I don't know if this is 100% true or not, someone told me this could be caused by the wastegate bolts not being tight. Worth a shot.
