finally got it tuned saturday i made 316hp and 248tq @18psi
i was ok with the results, but with that amount of psi i would expect more, but
i had alot of restriction, im thinking maybe it could be the mini log manifold, the stock cams, the exhaust piping was 2.5.
bad news, drove it on sunday, and all of a sudden a big cloud of white smoke came out
when i down shifted to 3rd gear so i had to pull over. coolant was low, oil was very milky, im hoping i blew a headgasket, and not cracked a sleeve.

this block was gonna break a sleeve no matter what, found cracks in # 4 also. A chunk of the sleeve is missing causing it to hit the piston. **** happens

here's the old setup, on 13lbs and was putting a lengths on 600RR's, with 290whp @10k rpm on pump gas, the new setup feels almost as quick on 5lbs with no timing and only spinning to about 9600rpm

What's your compression if you don't mind me asking? I would love to go back to pump gas but mine is a 11.3:1 motor, it loves E85 and is making 300whp on 5lbs

Stay with E85 if you can. I'm sure you could go with 93oct, but you'd have to dial up that map much more conservatively. How is your motor 11.3:1? Did you mill the head and/or put higher CR pistons in?
Do you use this car on the street? if so what clutch are you using?

now i got gsr cams, victor x, 1200cc rc injectors self tuned. 23.5 degree timimg top end.
I gort a problem tho, its a daily driver and in socal 90 degree weather it gets very hot like 240temps driving on the freeway the other day not boosting. Its got 3core ebay radiator 12inch slim fan and fresh fluids. Also oil pressure starts going down after a while driving on the freeway any ideas?
