You know what? I'm gonna put the bottle back in the hatch just to make u happy. It isn't wired, nor is the engine ready, but i'll do it just for you.

Will do. (as soon as the T-belt covers, T-belt, waterpump, and tensioner are installed, timing is retarded three degrees, leakdown test is performed, plugs are installed, window switch and rest of kit is wired up, fuel pump is installed, and I can get it to a dyno. )

Lol, will do.

I am kinda curious to see the torque numbers. Nitrous usually gives you more torque than it does horsepower, so that should be interesting.

The timing belt is scaring me. I don't wanna risk anything. It needs a major valve adjustment. I am just not gonna push my luck until it's all straight.

Go get a timing belt from the dealer, install the bad boy, and adjust the valves. A few hours at the most.

You made it! Without getting ***-raped on I-85. Cheer up, I'll post the funny picture tomorrow. I just hope there is no internal damage.

I hope there's no valve damage...

I'm re-doing the timing belt tomorrow and doing a compression test. I hope it'll be ok and that it was just the tensioner.

You won't be able to check if the valves are fucked with a compression test, see if Ross has a leakdown tester and do that and see what the verdict is.

If the valves are fucked, they'll leak and the combustion chamber won't be able to hold compression.

The compression test: 188, 192, 195, 192.

I got the belt tight again (Coat hanger trick), put the plugs and ECU fuse back in, and cranked her up. It was sputtering and popping and the tach was jumpy.

I figured the rotor had come off. I was half right. The rotor set screw had come out! Screwed her back in and she ran like a champ!

I am still not going to risk driving the car more than I have to. I took a trip round the block and she did fine, but still...
