well i WAS going to pull my motor and trans out of my car today and start prepping my engine bay for a new color. but that didn't work out so well, because apekd's car finally left my garage. it's going to a new home tonight.

any ways instead of working on my car i ended up cleaning up my garage hella. not done yet, going to re arrange some stuff but over all it's much more roomy now and i have room to pull a car in and out if i need to work on it. also installed an oem oil cooler from a crx hf, my water tube and thermo housing, my ac compressor bracket in prep. for ac and my breather box.

for the eye lids you can buy mitsubishiv5's headlight covers and trim them to what ever shape or design you like.

hahahaha nice. i'll have to search around portland for a good shop then.

just took my hatch for a drive around the block for the last time with the worn out d15b1 and the 4spd tranny. oh well. within the month (hopefully) it will be back with a refreshed d15bvtec mini me with an si trans.

if any one needs a 190mm, 21 spline clutch lmk, the clutch and pressure plate in my car is BRAND new, has not even 400 miles on it.

AGH decisions decisions. both my a6 and my d15b need a rebuild. idk which one i want to go with tho. the a6 i have pm7 rods and pistons that are going into it, which would give me close to 12:1 cr with my z6 head, as apposed to approx. 9.8:1 w a z6 head with pm6 pistons, or the 10.0:1 with the d15 mini me.

any ways both are at the same state (the a6 would need new bearings as i have lost/thrown out the old ones, although none were spun) as far as rebuild goes, but which one should i go with? price wise it is almost the same, and either way i'd need to get a dyno tune, either to compensate for the higher compression or for the lack of a liter.

help??

^hmmmm, what about a white or gray bay? satin black would be nice, but I think it will remind me of people who paint the outside and skip the bay haha

oh and that guy who looked at the civic the first time is gonna buy it, just gotta wait a week (GRRRR) so his buddy can get the other 150 and then they will be down to get it.

cool. nah i want a nice dark engine bay, so that it hides the dirt. even if i cover up everything with towels and what not, a light colored anything will stain with the dirt. plus it will contrast nicely with the red

changed my headgasket tonight. ****er was TOAST. it never sealed fully because (i think) it didn't have dowel pins last time. but i installed a set, and slapped a y8 head gasket on there, and boom works great. no over heating, no smoking, no burning coolant or oil or anything. but i managed to make the timing a tooth off i think. scary, i drove it around. NO POWER!! lol i almost didn't make it out of my friends apartment drive way, it was a very high slow. bogged out in first when i was flooring it... lol

so tomorrows plans are:
fix timing
change tranny to my si
