To do this you simply take your cluster out, and grind that stupid plastic hump off, like this:

yeah. the only body damage it has is a silver dollar sized dent on the rear bumper filler piece, some small dents on the hood, the front filler piece looks like it was flattened out in one spot, usual bumper wear, and a nice dent in the pass. rear rocker panel where i dropped it on a jack stand on accident .

tonight i adjusted my headlights a bit, should work out better now.

i replaced it. may have to hit up the j/y and find some ford door pins, as they are the barrel type with the cylinder that slides in and out of the center. you know, for added security... lol

I picked up an "si" cam from an ex at the junk yard today. i would like to know how the **** the junk yard keeps getting all these civic ex's (i've counted 5 in the last year) and i never see them? 4 of the five looked like people just got tired of them (one was thrashed) but come on!! i've been looking for one to buy for the past year! lol

any ways the a6 cam should hold me over untill i swap over to my z6 head

well i got the cam installed, but i think i timed it wrong, and between low fuel, a leaking banjo fitting, an almost dead battery and the timing it just didn't want to start... although untill i fixed the fuel leak it DID work for a few mins

ok so i got all the fuel leaks fixed today, as well as the timing almost set correctly. still runs like poo, so that prooves that i gotta go get a cam gear for a y8 tomorrow. oh well not hard to do. also gotta pick up a intake fitting thingy for my mkII style intake (stock box with aftermarket piping) that i made up. looks clean, and hopefully will quiet down my intake noise too. TOO loud!! lol

you better! what was the point in modding your d15? i thought of it for awhile when i had my D but realized i was going to swap sooner or later. if i were you id save my money or spend it on other things like wheels or susp. all the money you put into that d15 could go somewhere else. IMO but awesome. atleast your getin things done. fudge my ride kkeepp over heating. ghey. waiting for them pics!!!

honestly i haven't really spent much on it, the cam was free, i had the head gasket laying around and the intake was too. i put the a6 cam in there to help with low end power untill i swap to a five speed.

ordered a y8 cam gear from honda today. cost me 18.15, and should be here tomorrow around noon.

then went to autozone to get the intake connector and a new paper filter to finish my stock ish intake. sounds beastly but not loud, just what i wanted. took pix of my door handles too.
