I removed mine altogether and went with a 4-1 header, put a spacer on the 2nd O2 sensor and no CEL. But we dont have any emission testing here so i wasnt all to interested in spending almost $1000...

According to Honda, thats normal lol, at least thats what they told me.
I was burning/using/consuming about a Quart every 1000 km's(620miles).
pretty well had to put in a quart every 2nd gas tank....

If the head is warped you can replaced the gasket all you want, it wont make a difference unless you get a new...

The ELD is in the fuse box in the engine bay, its a fairly easy fix and actually pretty cheap, i think its like $25 from the dealership

I replaced mine i had to remove the valve cover, which isnt all that hard, i had my TDC out, replaced, and everything put back together with the hood closed and engine running with no Codes in 2...

Ill have 4 spare coils after this weekend, let mew know if you need one.
Also hows your plugs? 160K is around when you should change them, i did mine at 145k and they were pretty well toasted then....

^No. it wont harm anything. Everytime you reset your ECU you should do the Idle re-learn proceedure, start car, turn off all electrical(radio, heat, ac) and hold the rpm's at 3000 untill your rad fan...

Go to a muffler shop and have the weld in another bung AFTER the first, perferraly towards the bottom of the header, Make sure they give you a good half inch...

if one of your O2 sensors are "bad" then it will show a different code.
P0420 is Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold. basically your Catalytic converter is shot and you'll need to replace it....
