I've done it a few times. It could detonate I just drove slow for that tank of gas and everything seems fine. I wouldn't recommend you do it often though.

Since it isn't a b-seris I am pretty sure your gonna need a differant mount kit i don't think any of the stock mounts will work. If I am wrong at least you got a free bump...

I have heard cases of them causeing shaking and not makeing any noise so that would be a last resort I geuss but, I have heard of it happening before.

I wouldn't use it then. Air bags are never suppose to be spliced or ran threw adapters. If they make one I don't know but, I wouldn't want to risk it going off.
