Hi, I was going to do this to my brother's 93 hatch, but he got a 95 coupe in stick instead, but I did do research on how to do it before. First of all you need to get a 5-speed transmission, clutch master cylinder, the pedals, shift linkage, shifter, shift ****, and you'll also need the line that goes from the clutch master to the tranny, and you'll need to buy a special engine mount from HA sport. If you need any of these I have a tranny, shift linkage, shifter, pedals. Make me an offer if your interested.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=273253 Check this out. Here is all of the parts you need. Its pretty easy if your doing an engine swap. If your doing a tranny swap only, seems like a big pain in the a$$.

there's couple things more... why spend money and time on modifying mounts???

---for the driver side engine mount: get any 92-95 civic MT mount or integra mounts(with the bracket)... 'cause ur old one won't fit...

---for the upper tranny mount: get one from PlaceRacing... or if u wanna save some $$ then go take a look at the bracket that's holding UPPER tranny mount right below ur intake pipe... do u see it?

notice how it sits on an angle? manual civic tranny bracket sits straight(side to side)... you need to get that bracket from Honda and replace it(welding and cutting required)... and then get a manual tranny upper mount...

sorry... if that didn't explain enough.. my English isn't that good...

i hope this helps...

I don't have to modify anything if the motor is coming from an eg and going into an eg would I.... When i buy the swap it's coming with EVERYTHING..... tranny, shiftlinkage, axles, mounts and everything etc..... So i shouldn't have to modify anything right?!?!?!?!?

It is not a lot of work. Just go to the junk yard and get all the parts needed. The only hard part would be tranny mount brakcet on the automatic eg frame rail. You either take off the old one btw it is welded on there or call place racing and they should have a mount.

Manual, I don't need no stinking manual. I think I will be staying with my automatic at 10 psi. And I am still going to keep it at 1.2 bar.

It's not that expensive to do when you do a swap. Just some parts.
