I’m Justin, I have been searching for a few measurements and have not been able to find the information I have been looking for. I am looking for some more detailed information on the passengers axle’s that are in the Civic / Del Sol from 1992 – 2000. I was looking up the information on O’Reilly auto and they have the part number HO-8048 it fits 63 different Honda Civics and Del Sol’s. They measure the whole axle assembly from inner spline tip to outer spline tip to be 624mm. Although helpful, I am looking for some more detailed information and hoping that someone has an axle in their garage that they have apart and can take a few measurements for me.

I am looking for 6 measurements from the axle, first being the inner spline tip to the outer spline tip of just the half shaft. The second being the measurement from the center of the inner CV’s, outer race to the inner spline tip, and the third length is the length of the inner splines. The fourth and fifth are the same for the center of the outer CV’s outer race to the outer spline tip and the length of those splines. The sixth measurement is for the width of the Inner race itself. I also am looking for a few measurements on the spindle for the brake caliper’s mounting holes, but that is for another thread.

I have a custom center spool with axles to a custom set of spindles holding the Honda wheel bearing and the Honda 4x100 hub with a set of rear disks and calipers from a Miata. It's for a semi off road buggy, it's got 6" of travel, running 205x50x15 tires. It's a motorcycle driven buggy... Just looking for someone who has an axle broken down past the CV's.
