Default kaaz lsd troubles

okay so i just got a jdm gsr swap with b16 tranny from h-motors.Steve informed me that that particular tranny has a kaaz lsd in it when i called about fluid specs since the oem honda trans fluid was too thin. motor runs great no problems there. the tranny on the otherhand has been kind of a headache. my passenger side axle has poped out twice in the last 3 day's. this axle was the same axel i just bought for the previous tranny (gsr) 2 months ago when i had the stock ls motor. yes the axle is in all the way and from what i can see the clip on the end of the axle is still good. any help would be great cuz im tired of smelling GL5 burning. thanks

Hubs are dead. New axle, make sure case isn't cracked. Keep using Kaaz Fluid only. don't try and mix and be cheap.

Synchromesh with some friction additive works just fine.

It may be worn where the circlip locks in for some reason. Haven't seen that too often but, it is a possibility?

sounds more of an alignment problem than something a diff would/could. was the kaaz install the only thing that was changed at the time? any suspension? also check tire pressure. if one side is real low it will pull.

Not on the KAAZ from my experience (I own 3). That did not work at all.
