Default time to change my head gasket

yes its that time..first ill tell you i got a b16 now i was wondering what else i should replace while i got the head off among other things?thanks for any responses

it runs pretty good..i just got some steam comin out from my header area..im just wondering what else i can replace like any seals of any kind anythiing?..cuz i dont wanna miss anything while i have the chance to replace it..dont wanna change another head gasket for years..hehe

It all depends how much money time you feel like putting into preventative maintenance...I'd go for some ARP head studs, maybe cam seals, a whole valve cover gasket set...etc etc.

what does that have to do with changing a head gasket?...isnt there an important seal(i think its an oil jet but im not sure)right there in between the block and head?should i replace that or just leave it?..anything else i should replace?

cam seals, valve stem seals, piston rings while ya got the head off....if you're serious, just go buy a gasket set and replace'em all.

Like I said before it has a lot to do w/ mileage and condition of the motor!
