Head gasket reuse?
I just got a new head gasket, put the head back on, torqued it all down, then discovered some stripped threads in the head for one of the cam cap bolts.
Anyways, I'm going to pull the head back off and fix it. Is it okay to reuse a head gasket in this condition, or is it recommended to replace, even when the motor has never run?
Thanks!
Patrick
