I have a 94 integra ls with turbo drag 3 kit... i was racing a crx on the freeway, and my car didnt sound right... i pulled to a gas station poped the hood and this is what i sall... oil everywere, leaking from the back of the head, coming out the breather filter boiling out the breather... my boost gauge reads 15 at idle... and not sure if i felt air comming from the turbo manifold, or if that was just the fan.... also the car was smoking but im not sure if its from burning oil on the engine or somthing else... its sounds really bad... could it just be a head gasket????? help me pin point it please

 

Yeah sounds like you definately took out your head gasket to me and if its coming out the breather then you definately have a problem.I haope you didnt just bolt a turbo onto your stock engine as sooo many people do then ask why did it brake.If you want a turbo on your honda/acura then goto honda and ask for the one they put on their turbo hondas.Then you might rethink turbo since honda didnt produce one for their cars.

look at the coolent if its sluggy and black your headgasket is gone. als white smoke form the tail pipe. there is the posibillty that you have a bent valve or just your spark plg gaskets are shot. check the gaskets and do a com[pression test or look at the color of smoke that your cars exhaust is spitting out.

 

I agree sounds like you have blown your headgasket. Like was mentioned check your coolant to see if there is any oil in it. Good luck man.

 

replaced the head gasket, still runs choppy what else could it be

do a compression test and while the plugs are out inspect them.

 

boost gauge reads 15, and by saying choppy i mean the idle is real wacked....plugs look ok what do i look for???? how do i do a compression test
