Default turbo problems

Well i just installed a turbo kit on my car after is blew up the first time. I got a new rebuilt motor now. Well at first i started the car is smoked a little bit. then i drove down the road and it started to smoke more. Now is smokes all the time. Like a blown head gasket. But how i dont know why. I have a thick metal head gasket on there. And only boosting 5 psi. If anyone can help me out that would be awsome. Thanks

Your oil feed/return isn't right. You have probably already blown your new turbo seals. Give us a picture/description of the oil feed and oil drain. If this is a turbo kit, the lines you got should be good, assuming you installed them right. My guess is that where you drain into the oil pan is too low. I see it all the time.

well lets see the return line , and also how did it blow up the first time ??? cus if it had broken ring lands and was burning oil that takes some time to burn out of the exhaust system ,

Would blown rings cause it to blow coolent?</TD></TR></TABLE>

Damn dude, you pulled the head without checking your oil feed/return first?

Sounds like your turbo seals are having problems... let's see some pics of your setup, maybe it's something obvious...

When the motor first blew to overboost the number 2 cylinder wall broke a chunk off. So we got a new bottom end. And got the head done. And its not oil burning its coolent its white with a sweet smell. The only thing i have noticed on the head is when it blew the first time some of the spark plugs shattered and left some small cuts on the out side of the valve valley. Also the oil return line is at a high point on the oil pan. It might be something really stupid but i am confused.

did you have the deck of the block re-surfaced as well as the head?

sounds like a bad headgasket if its blowing white smoke........

if you didnt have the head resurfaced that could be your problem. make sure it is tight down too
