Default F20B head gasket blown

I have reason to believe I blew my head gasket on my F20B. I literally just tuned the car with a .60mm turbo. It over heated the first day driving it back but cooled down and ran fine. This morning I drove home and noticed smoke coming from the turbo area and next thing I know the car shuts off and will not start back up. I tow the car home then I try to start it and it struggles but starts and begins smoking almost instantly, near cylinder 4. Obviously I'm not gonna run it anymore but I need a solution. Could be a head gasket, turbo, or cylinder rings. Also found an oil leak under the turbo where the tap connects from the pan. Any help will be appreciated.
