I am assuming you have check the connection and visually inspected the tps and conncetor. Will the TPS move at all I have seen JDM motors with the screws back out.and allow the TPS to move with throttle opening. You most likely have a poor connection problem. If not, wIth the KOEO you stated you measured .45 volt throttle closed. What was the value at WOT? You can sweep the throttle gradually and your voltage reading should sweep accordingly....smoothly. Does it? Measure voltage between YEL/WHT (+) terminal and GRN/WHT(–) terminal. Is there approx. 5 V?

checekd out my TPS today, voltage swept accordingly up to about 5V at WOT. which wires on the ECU harness do i check to see if the voltage is the same there? (measured it at the TPS)
or is it the sme colors? the wires on my TPS were actually green/blk and solid yellow...but then again they were dirty so it might have just been that.
