throwing a tps code but tps voltage is fine
i am throwing cel 7 (tps) and i checked the voltage on it and its .50 at idle and 4.7 and wot throttle, why am i throwing this code?

anyone have any ideas what the deal is, its not acting like my tps is out but it is throwing the code, also i get a bog/hesitate between 1.5-3k
