idk, i call on carfax "finding" you. i had a one year subscription to carfax, and did probably over 100 vin reports for guys on here. didn't charge anything, just emailed them the end results. with all the business they do, and the money they make from dealerships, insurance companies and people like us, i find it very hard to believe that they have people looking for people using carfax for what it was intended for. why would they offer memberships to non dealers, if we're not supposed to use it?
