Default Handle to dipstick broke!

alright I decided to be lazy and take the car to a place to have the oil changed and the guy must of jammed the dipstick in the sleeve. I checked the oil about a week later and the handle snapped off (plastic POS). What i would like to know is how hard would it be to pop the sleeve off the block to get the dipstick out. I tried putting a screw in whats left of the plastic and use vise grips to pull it out but it moves further down so i ain't f*ckin with it anymore
J
