Default Oil Return Line

Just wondering if anyone uses a small gasket between the oil return line and the place on the turbo that the oil line goes. For some reason mine keeps leaking alot of oil.

any turbo company should have them.if not,you can get gasket material from a local parts store and cut one out yourself with a razor blade

if not than the hi-temp silicone will do the job(the orange stuff) permatex..be sure to allow it to dry/cure completely before running the car.

I usually get good results from using the gasket and a thin coating of Hondabond on each side.

dont bother o ringing that , remember there is like 0 pressure there, the oil return line is "honda tech" for sink drain pipe. PS the flange has a round orifice but the CHRA is rectangular, good luckcutting an O ring.

hey guess what genius, just because its not round does not mean you cant mill an oring into it. I guess you have never had the fast idle valve apart on your honda. Damn some people are so close minded. I think I am going to do it just for gee whiz factor now...

dude I do not appreciate your tone, I try to be helpfull and save you time and effort on an item that does not need O-ringing, sure you can make a receiver groove in the CHRA good luck not cutting over the egdes hope you dont ruin your turbo, I dont run a FIT valve neither and wouldnt O-ring one anyway - why?? for "gee whiz factor", just head and block is worth the time and effort.
