Default Suggestions on stopping oil leak at return flange?

My oil return line keeps leaking oil, so I checked it out, the flange that bolts to the turbo (where the oil return line is) keeps leaking. I took it off and replaced the gasket there but it still leaks, I check the flange and it is flat. So, I took off the gasket and tried some high temp RTV sealant, it still leaks. Any suggestions? The gaskets that came with my return line seem to let the oil seep right through them?!

Pick up some gasket paper at a parts store. The charcoal grey stuff works good for me.

is your dump tube dumping anywhere near the return line?

i saw that when i ran my short dump tube it melted away some of the gasket and the teflon paste i had on the threads.

other than that tighten the bolts down a little more maybe when you put a new gasket in there

you may have a problem withthe turob senter housing itself not being flat. you could try installing 2 layers of gasket and see if that doesn;t help, also make sure you tighten it snugly not as hard as you can crnak it, but not too loose either.
