Default Little nipple on wastegate actuator

I have a dsm 14b turbo for my homemade kit and was wondering what do I hook the hose that comes off the little nipple on the internal wastegate actuator too? Any vaccum source?

No boost controller goes to mani, with boost controller it goes to the boost controller

You can hook it up to the compressor side of the turbo (most have a nipple already there) if you want lower boost OR hook it up to a vac/boost port (like the vac line for the EVAP purge valve) on the intake manifold.

You can use either of these vac/boost sources with a manual boost controller too if you want.
