Wastegate + boost controller vacuum routing...
sup peoples, did a search on wastegate/boost controller routing and didnt find the answer i was looking for, but its pretty straight forward...
finishing up on my first turbo build and want to run the lines for the wastegate (tial 38mm) and boost controller to my T1 vacuum manifold. my question is which port on the WG do i use for a pressure source (ex: compressor nipple, charge pipe, etc.) and which port on the boost controller do I use as a vacuum source to the vacuum manifold? btw, im gonna run the vacuum manifold off the brake boost line, and my boost controller is a hallman manual. thanks for your help and sorry for the noobish question, but im still learning.

for a manual boost controller, your gonna use the side port on the WG. the top port is for electronic BC. as far as the hallman BC goes.. the bottom port is for vacuum, and the side is what you connect to the WG. http://www.hallmanboostcontroller.com/howto.html
if your turbo has the nipple on it you run that to your bc then to the side port of your wg, no need to run anything to the vac manifold.
thanks, guys.
