Just about ready to put turbo on, what takes the longest to install?

I am just about got everything I need.
Charge pipes,
intercooler,
oil pan w/ drain,
manifold and turbo,
oil lines, coolant lines,
downpipe,
fuel management (450cc inj w/ filetofit circuit)
boost gauge
My question is, what takes the longest to install and is the most difficult? I have the fuel management in already. I am dreading the oil pan install because I hate to lie under the car for long periods, but what else is there that is hard? I have did a test fit of all the charge pipes and they seem to fit fine and won't take long (but things do go wrong sometimes). TIA

I dont think any of those steps take significantly longer than any other if everything went smooth. It all depends on whats gonna cause a problem. Removing the bumper and mounting the Intercooler would be my guess as the longest. Oil pan is straightforward and does not take too long really if you get busy and go to work on it, not much to go wrong there either. Bolting up the Manifold and downpipe takes a little time but not that long. If you dont like getting under the car tapping into the sending unit in the back of the block may be a pain but should only take a minute. What will take time is when something does not fit like it should.
for me it was dropping the oil pan and tapping it and putting it back on and going to the shop to get my downpipe and flange done. Don't rush and take your time.

I royally screwed this up the first time...i didn't take into account the transmission brace (block stiffener) and had to retap the hole further down...THEN, I followed the torque specs in my manual and the gasket tore because it was too much. A mechanic at the dealership suggested just doing it by 1/4 turns until it just started to pooch out and after doing so, it hasn't weeped a single drop.
So, I'd say that might take the longest...also getting the bumper off and jerking around with the intercooler could be a hassle depending on the IC. Just remember that right when things are lookin good you'll hit a speed bump

Thanks for the replies everyone.
I guess my only real worries are the oil pan and the sending unit. I'm gonna go for it as soon as the weekend hits, or maybe I might just do the oil pan one day and if it goes smooth, I will put everything else in. I can imagine the intercooler become a problem, but I have a small side mount type and it fits were the intake box goes.
Does the intake manifold brace get in the way when installing the oil sending T? The motor is a D16a6.

Its not directly in the way but it does indeed make things tight when you are trying to squeeze your hand in there.
