Avg. install time??
I have a 99 GSR and next weekend i'm putting all my turbo stuff on it.....i have the IC mounted and the piping is pretty close to perfect for it, but not mounted. I have the boost gauge in the car and this weekend i'm doing the fuel pump and routing a catchcan. I have to basically bolt the manifold on, put the wastegate and dumptube on the manifold, put the turbo on, hook up the exhaust i built, fit and attach the charge piping, rewire for the resistor pack, install the new OBD1 injector clips, stuff in the new RC550s, tap the pan, run the oil feed line, do an oil change after dropping the pan, and run vaccuum for everything......
How long would you guys expect this all to take if you had a good shop for about half of the time and your garage for the rest?? I have from Thursday at 5pm until Tuesday at around 5pm to work on it......i am almost postitive that i'll have way more than enough time, but i have to allow some time to spend w/ my girlfriend....

only crappy part is droping the pan, I hate oil , lol but if you got a friend helping you should beable to bang it out in a few hours , also get a bspt adapter for the oil feedline ,

i hope this is not your daily driver. You could do it in one day, just don't rush and don't overtighten the oilfeed fitting, that will ruin your weekend . Take it slow and put plenty of sealent tape on the threads of anything that has to do with oil. Good luck

Re: Avg. install time?? (drintegra)
try to do everything you can ahead of time; run boost gauge vacuum line/mount gauge, spray pb blaster on bolts, ect. Its a lot of small stuff that can make/break an install

Re: (Schister66)
took me 9 hours, with 3 trips to pep boys to pick up **** i needed my 1st installed
2ed install 4 hours
3ed install 3 hours,
it all just depends, if u have everything it make it's a whole lot easier.
GET HIGH TEMP HONDA BOND and make sure u have all your clips and if ur going to run hondata or crome, have the basemap burned and already in when u go to start the car.
