it might be kinda hard to take off the oil pan w/ a downpipe in the way... just a thought

I make those lists too! Idk if it's just me but i usually NEVER end up lookin at it.

After I write it, im too lazy to read it lol. Im in a "go like hell" mood.

But i'd also retard the timing a couple degrees too when your done just to be on the safe side

You also may want to bolt the turbo to the manifold first before it goes on the car. those bolts are sometimes hard to get to.

Yes bolt the turbo to manifold before mouting. Also a hint that weill save some time and headache. Right before you mount the turbo/manifold have a friend tighten the feed line to the flange, Prior to mounting. Trsut me its easier then doing it once it's on . To prevent exhuast leaks is use studs, lock washers, loctite and tighten well. Take your time and don't rush.

take your car in stock form to a muffler shop and get your welding done. take it off and take it home >>> now you have all the welding and parts right there to just bolt on! >>> no worries about driving in boost and blah blah blah and especially cops >>> tune tune tune before you drive like hell everywhere else

for me, the problem is im running different flanges, a flex pipe, a cutout pipe and then the 2.5" Cat and back.

i dont think i could get all that welded correctly to bolt right up to the downpipe...i could be wrong...i just them to do it correctly without having everything all there

the pre-install oil change seems a little over the top to me. Why change the oil if you're going to have to drop the whole pan soon??

Mainly for the new oil filter...

You can re-use the new oil in the oil pan but it's $20 for 4 quarts right?

I was wondering of any advantegs of mounting the wg like that? I have a new black 38mm tial and I think I am just going to bolt it sttaight on w/o that elbow. Would this cause a prob? I am 98% shure its not going to come that close to the hood. Thanks....
PS.. Is that an inline pro mani??
