Me neither, had no problems even with custom routing a intake pipe for my turbo.

(IF your talking about a water cooled turbo)
Run a line from the EACV, and just have it recirculate back into where it connected to at the engine block.

Your basically doing this...

EACV-----Turbo-----block

Yes, but the lines on the IACV are tiny compared to the big heater hose size nipples on the turbo. How do I compensate for the different line sizes?

You can tee into your heater hoses, the ones that go to the firewall. Run the turbo coolant lines in paralell(tee onto one heater hose for the turbo coolant feed, tee into the other heater hose for the return).

sounds good.

Another question.

The nipple on the side of the turbo facing the block.......Its soo close to the block....
Wont the engine heat melt the heater hose lines? Or heat the lines making the cooling pretty much useless?

On my 90 CRX, does the Intake manifold have coolant lines running to it? If so I could just use those right?

I used some Thermo-Tec heat tape on mine, and they were fine, even with one running pretty close to my dp. These were rubber automotive hoses. If you want extra protection, you can get some fire sleeve and cover them with that. I don't think the block itself gets all that hot, but the dp definitely does.
