Default Water-cooled turbo questions.....

I am looking to buy a rebuilt mitsubishi td-04 turbo.....the only thing is that it is water cooled.........can i just block off the coolant inlet and outlet on the turbo and safely run it (at about 7 psi)?.........if not, how much more difficult is it to run the necessary coolant lines?

You can just plug the water lines if you feel like it. Running the water lines is just a matter of T'ing into the coolant lines, not that hard to do and will increase the life of the turbo.
