Default What fuel management fits best?

I've got everything for my setup except my fuel management. I have access to a dyno and will be tuning it myself. Here's my setup, what do you guys think?

1997 Honda Civic Coupe (OBD2)
D16y5 - HX motor...same as EX except roller rockers and vtec at 3000...economy.
HF manifold w/ adapter plate
T25 turbo (2nd gen eclipse/talon) 8-10 psi
2.5 Downpipe and full 2.5 exhaust
2.5 Charge Pipes
1st gen eclipse/talon BOV
Saab SMIC or DSM - haven't decided yet

My options for fuel mangement that i could think of...

1 - VAFC & DSM 450cc injectors

2 - SMC + & DSM 450cc injectors

3 - Hondata...but i need to spend a lot to tune? what would be my total price?

4 - Zdyne...would need to convert to OBD0 - not worth it?

5 - UberTeg's new idea. He chips the ecu with boost program...then i have problem with vtec being to high...

I guess I'm looking for what's best. I dont mind spending the money if it's easy to use and tune.

Sorry for the long post. Any help would be appreciated.

THANKS!!!! PauL

Uberego can set your VTEC where ever you want it.

Your D16Y5 has EGR, what you going to do about it, block it off? None of the code he runs supports EGR. I can put you in touch with a guy who has an HX if you run into wiring wierdness, he's gone through it all before.

well i am in the same spot your in. i have for my 91 CIVic hb:
d16z6 w/ OBD-1/0 jumper
starion fmic
MBC
HF or custom d series mani
custom ic piping and downpipe
T25

and i really want to run the VAFC w/ 450cc DSM's and MSD BTM, and the Pivot baby turbo timer.

i have done some research and this setup seems to be the answer to the poor man who wants Hondata reliability. just my two cents. PS any help with finding the electonics for my project would help because i have spent a grand on all the other stuff. thanks peace.

if your looking for stuff for the v-afc hack i have everything you need for it cause i ran that in my 90 hb last summer. i have the 450 dsm injectors the v-afc and the 6btm 4 sale if your interested. i was planning on running a haltech this year in my hatch because the zdyne dosent have all the options the haltech has. but im not a pro with wiring stuff up like that and the guy who was going to help me is being a dick now. i know the zdyne is easy to install and use and now the someone came up with that ghettodyne datalogger for it it looks alot better to me. the only thing that sucks is no wideband tuning . what do you guys think about the 2 of them and what is the best bang for the buck

D16y5 - HX motor...same as EX except roller rockers and vtec at 3000...economy.
Actually, HX only has 2 cam lobes whereas the EX has 3 on the intake.
