here's what i have so far. its going on a 96 civic ex. d16y8.

hf manifold w/ adapter plate
td04l turbo with internal wastegate (stock wrx turbo)
2.5" downpipe
2nd gen rx7 460cc injectors w/ 90 corolla plugs
dsm gsx side mount intercooler
dsm 1st gen bov
steel braided oil lines
manual boost controller
piping will be done when it's put on..

ok, i have NO idea what to do about engine management. hondata is just a little over the top for my setup( i only plan to boost about 8-10 psi), and i dont know of anyone who tunes or uses uberdata in my area(south florida.). what other options do i have besides the afc hack??

 

my car ran better with an fmu than the hack.

Your best bet will be to convert to obd1 and use uberdata or crome. I have a similar setup to what you have with a d16y8, wrx turbo, hf manifold, dsm 450's, etc. and you could use my tuned map as a basemap for your setup if you want.

 

wow. awesome.. that would be a great help.
i went to a shop today and was asking them about what they would suggest for tuning. they suggested the afc hack and i really dont want to resort to that unless i have no other option. im gonna see if i can find someone else running uberdata maybe they can help me out.
