Icon4 turbo gsr problems

so my old build is starting to burn oil quite a bit under boost. Rebuilt the turbo and still pushing smoke. pulled the screamer pipe off the wastegate to see if that was pushing smoke and it isn't.

now im confused because the spark plugs look fine. not soaked in oil.

It has a catch can with 2 valve cover lines going into it. the catch can is empty.

anyone have this issue?

the catch can only has to do with crankcase pressure, which is nothing to do with the symptoms that you're looking at. The turbocharger being rebuilt Also may not have had to have been rebuilt, so at least that has been taken care of already, even then though it may not have been necessary.

you have to be specific WHEN the smoke is occurring. (During acceleration, deceleration, idle, etc). That could be anything from the piston rings in the block to the valve seals in the cylinder head.

can you give more information as to exactly when the oil smoke is occurring?
