The Unorthodox pulley is a good concept on paper, not with boost. That is your problem. The rotation of the bottom end is out of harmony. For a NA motor, that pulley may work well, but with all the pressure of boost, all of the motor's tolerances will be checked. Be sure to change the oil filter, oil and clean the oil pan. Some of the little particles from the gear may be still there.

I like the ati damper because you can rebuild it down the road. The fluid damper and ati both claim there are better and the other sucks but I have seen and read about many setups with both doing very well. This link i am posting is a good writeup of why you need a good damper.

Even if there is a problem with your mains the damper will just compound the issue.
Just my 2 cents, the link is worth the read if nothing else.

Get a new pump install it and use feeler gauges to go around the crank where it goes through and check the clearance. There should be little drag and equal amounts all the way around if not you will have to grind the dowels a little to move the pump in the direction it needs to go.
another thing u can check while that pump is off jus to b sure is the clearance on the rotors while installed. if the main bearing caps were align-bored at any point in time, that may b puttin excess pressure on the rotor inside the pump. do as W!d3b0dYr3X said
ATI street damper FTW or OEM is cheap if not free. bt the ati will absorb alot more harmonics than oem. First post sa the broken pump and immediatly thought N1 type r pulley LOL but yeah those lightweight aftermarkets are crap
