I was testing the tps it stays at a high voltage 4.69 and 4.89 at open throttle i tested all 3wires the first wire is neg , the middle is signal , the 3 is constant power. As to how the car feels well iv been getting a kinda-of a slow acceleration then a at a certain point it wakes up above 3500rpm. No obd codes, plus on the scanner its freeze frame tps 9.8 %. Also i noticed the it has been changed before there are no rivets its a torx .
Any thoughts or suggestions on this ?

Remove the two torx screws and properly re-install the TPS sensor making sure that the spring loaded sensor tab is placed between the prongs of the throttle blade shaft. Re-install the torx screws a half turn from snug and set the TPS voltage at .500 volts and then fully tighten the torx screws.
