OEM from a junk yard, OEM used from eBay, or OEM-style Depo headlights are what you should look for.

I agree if you can find some OEM's in good shape, but 20 years out, that's is going to be pretty difficult, most are already fogged up. I know you can still buy them for over $200+ at the Honda dealer..

What I did was took a chance on TYC brand from rockauto, $38/each! What did I have to lose for so cheap? Turns out they aren't bad, haven't yellowed in 6 years, less stone chips on the lenses than the originals.. but put out more of a "hot spot" of light instead of that generic overall-type-light the OEM put out. I actually think this is better lighting even if it's not as accurate, the originals were NEVER that good EVER! so for $38/pair.. try 'em, not much investment. Besides TYC made them for Stanley who supplied them to Honda! Yes, I did my digging for info!

Am also thinking of getting the TYC or maybe Dorman ,also thinking of trying tint film wich would mask it but as long as i dont lose lighting.

Maybe try another cheap pair, but spray them with a clear coat with UV protection?
