Not very specific... but they can be replaced. The dealership will attempt to sell you an entire throttle body assembly because the TPS isn't meant to be replaced by themselves. It's just two screws and a plug to unclip.
Before you screw it back on, you have to make sure it's calibrated. At 0 throttle, the sensor should read 0.45-0.50 volts and at WOT it should read about 4.4-4.5 volts. Also, check for flat spots in the readings... the voltage should increase linearly as you open the throttle.

the screws aren't the adjusting factor... the sensor is made to pivot in place when the two screws are loose. it's just that the factory throttle body and tps come with a sealant over the screw heads to prevent tampering. you just have to remove the crap and then loosen the screws.
