95 civic coupe - need ideas to make more power
so im new to the thread, and web page but i finally fufilled my dream of getting a honda civic coupe even though its a 95 im still willing to do some work on it.
now im not a mechanic but im always a really great learner and have done alot of electrical work to my old car. but i just dont know what to start getting for the mechanical area of the car. i know i want an intake, headers, suspensioin, and possible an engine swap down the road if all goes well. ive done qite a bit of research but was just looking for suggestions on what to look for and what would be a better fit.

well i just looked up the specs, cause i was originally told a 98 but got there and found out it was a 95. the engiine is horrible, and was solely built for economy. 40 mpg is pretty spectacular for a 95 but not what im looking for, i was looking at a b16a2 but what do you mean by a mini swap?

Swap all you want, it'll still be slow without boost, or SERIOUS motor work.
Yea, I have a lot of catching up to do as far as learning About boost and finding a proper place to go and get a dyno test and tune, but if not a b16 what would you suggest?
